Holders of PSFT were supposed to get one share of the a new R&D company for every 50 shares of PSFT. The distribution was supposed to happen sometime in December. December is almost over. Does anyone know if this is going to happen or if it already did and I missed it.

I said 30-35%. And actually I'm pretty comfortable with that number. I don't recall PSFT saying anything different. So tell me why the number has to come down other than because you said so.
