So as far as you know, the PCN acquisition is still on track? I don't know how they would pay for it, buy IMO, it would be a great coup.

Are the acquistions complete yet signed sealed delivered ours . BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1998--RDI Marketing, Inc. (OTC BB:RDIM - news) announced today that it has entered the initial phase of their acquisition strategy. The Company has agreed to acquire America's Hometown Brand Center, Inc. (AHBC), which is an $18 million distribution company selling to a network of over 400 retail locations. Management of AHBC came from the catalogue giant Sears, Roebuck and Co., bringing relationships of major name brand manufacturers to the table. Through the use of RDIM's proprietary e-commerce service, RDIM expects to double AHBC's revenue stream within a year of the completed acquisition. Total revenues of thirty million with earnings of one million are expected. The Company expects revenues of one hundred million within two years. They agreed to acquire so if I read this right its not totally a done deal yet I do not wanna count my chickens before they are totally hatched David Keep up the good work Jeff JUDGE put out some DD you pumper all you talk about is stock price going up lets DD this company get a web site out make sure the acquistions all get signed sealed delivered and see what is needed to make these acqusitions happen then place a valuation model out there then come up with a share price right now theres nothing really out there to justify a high share price as you suggest. PS JUDGE I have been watching you my friend you better watch the SEC does not haul your butt in on HYPE theres 30 people on SI rumored to be getting a call from them in the new year be careful a few others that have posted on this thread as well I believe are on the bubble as well
