Imo, there's not enough margin in the isp business to repay the premium, even with sub $500 systems. The cell phone guys dig a lot deeper in your pocket than 19.95/mo. And even if I'm wrong, the company with the problem would be Compaq. Dell's products are geared to businesses and home power users; it wouldn't hurt it too much if the low end disappeared.
