Judy, not correct. COMS has 50%+ margins over half of its business. The modem biz brings this down to the high 40's overall. However, COMS is positioned to lead in cable and xDSL modems which will go out at higher margins in their early life cycles.

I follow the earnings growth - COMS is growing EPS very nicely this Fiscal and Next. If the top line grows as well, they will be a momentum stock

Benhamou: The growth this quarter was really very broad-based, unlike last quarter, where most of the growth really came from the Palm product line family. This quarter we enjoyed strong growth in all the major product categories. In the systems business, we had more growth in switching product (HIGHER MARGIN) lines rather than shared media product lines....
