Tony O,

This may be true, however, the amount of shares that we stand to lose out on would be incredibly high and I am sure many others on this thread feel the same way as well. For example, if a person had 15,000 shares of BII at say $50 U.S. they would be worth $750,000 U.S. Under the arrangement contemplated by donkeyman you could instead have 3000 shares at say $250 U.S./share instead (as an example) and still have the same amount of money, but I don't personally relish the idea of losing 12,000 shares in my position to achieve NASDAQ. Why would anybody want to give up a substantial position if it can be avoided? I think this company has to show some guts and achieve the $7.50 to $8.00/per share target with the current share float in order for it to be successful in the long-term, and I believe it can be achieved. Roll-backs at these prices are a quick fix solution as I know we are all impatient to achieve NASDAQ early next year (myself included) but such a move could also mean a slow-death for the stock as others have pointed out on this thread. January will be the month that will determine the future of BII and I am confident that by March, NASDAQ will be a reality.
