OT to ShilohCat, Paul Dunlap scored the Three Stooges movie series. . .Lost Continent, I Was A Teenage Warewolf, and of course many many more. You misunderstood. . .I have been gearing up to have everything needed to START scoring, including such highlights as 7 yrs music college, studying with Paul, beefing up MIDI orchestra, popular song demos in a variety of styles, buying 24-bit SMPTE driven fully automated moving fader hard disk based recording studio with tube mics and outboard gear and finally building a modular recording studio [we can move it if we want]. 5.1 monitoring [DVD ready] control room with several iso rooms for vocal ODs and live drums, etc. Should have it built within about 8 weeks. All of that prep is merely to make myself "available" to do feature length pictures. . . a growing market now exists in Nashville. That is all the easy part. . . the hard part are the contacts within the film industry. . . no uncles or brother-in-laws in the biz for me. Gotta wow 'em some other way. And without getting a recent project, you cannot get a new project. . . hence Catch 22. And there you are. . . Rande Is . . . a fish slowly wiggling back toward the water.
