Scott,
No restrictions on ADR's as long as we can get a quote. Actually, this might be a good thing since I think the new Euro dollar will have a major impact on the US economy in the near term. I expect this to bring major investors into the European markets, causing a drop in the US markets. This is why I placed the Vanguard Europe fund in my portfolio for the coming year.
