Jack, your list is interesting, but it seems you are playing with fire, you sell those that are in strong uptrend and making new highs and buy those that are in downtrend and making or approach lows. If the list of new high is to expand (the basic bullish case), you current new highs will make even higher new highs, and leave you in the lurch. I must conclude that your basic tenet is that the market is going to fall sharply and the list of new highs contract and thus you have a good chance that many of your sells will no longer make new highs (and go down). I am not sure I agree with that. I am not extremely bullish right now, but I must stay on the side of the FED's, and they do not seems to be in the mood of tightening.

LHSPF is a "gutsy" call, they just acquired a big chunk taking a very big piece of good will on their book. It reminds me of PMAT acquiring Electrotech, it buried the resulting company (TRKN). I have not looked at it in details, but valuation at some 8 time sales with no current profits worries me.
