<<A year ago, OEM's were receiving samples off the lines. I will confirm FMK's statements with my own. This need no longer be a point of contention, it is fact.>>

And how is this Robert? As of 4 months ago Line 1 had not yet been started and other lines had not even been delivered.

You say this is a fact and no longer should be a point of contention. Are you an official spokesperson for VLNC, Robert?

And you call me a vindictive bastard when all I have done is point out the discrepancies between VLNC's official statements and FMK's unofficial statements. For this I am to be termed a vindictive bastard?

Who the hell died and made you pope?

You're wrong Robert. Samples were prototypes made in Nevada, not off a "line". You should rely more on public reports like the S-3, 8-K and 10-K, and less on FMK's blather. I believe Larry is justly frustrated by FMK's unwillingness to carry on an objective discussion.

I haven't seen anything Larry has said recently that is untrue, but I have seen plenty from FMK that is highly questionable. "The S-3 must refer to Line 3, not Line 1" -- what nonsense. Where are the explicit public statements from the company that confirm production samples have been made and delivered from Line 1? There are none. To the contrary, all public statements say that "the line in NI" is still being qualified. The language in the recent S-3 is compatible with Lev's most recent statements on the subject. Every section of "the line" (not "line 3") has run; the line has recently been run together as an integrated unit; safety qualification of the line should be completed during the 1st quarter.

Speculating is one thing, posturing fictional company progress as fact (based on phantom sources) is quite another.
