Jhild, you ask so little. PanAmerican Bancorp has not yet been in existence for six entire months and you are demanding public audited financial statements. The company has stated several times that it will be a reporting company and financial statements and the 10Q's and 10K's will be released. There are solid business reasons why the financial statements can't be released as soon as you would like. Nevertheless, I am confident based on conversations with almost the entire management team and others associated with the company (what DD did you do?), PanAmerican Bancorp will release its financials and when they do, this penny ante stock price will be ancient history. Jhild, please show me examples of other publicly traded companies that have filed with the SEC in less than six months after the companies started operations. Waiting . . .

How is one of my good buddies doing today? I agree with your theory relevant to Pan Am stating financials would be released last August and now no clue on when that will be. I have caught JOHNNY in several lies myself and posted the specifics earlier. Management can not be trusted. JDCPA, theory about the 10Q is not logical but pure speculation. If JOHNNY cant get us the 10Q then how about some financials regarding revenues to date and projected revenues and a specific Date when the 10Q will be released? PS: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REVERSE MERGER DEAL AND SYMBOL CHANGE TO TAKE EFFECT MORE THAN TWO MONTS AGO?? Has the first BELIZE home been built yet and what happened to the Video Phones. Good thing we have a letter of intent to talk about in the future on what happened to that deal. I see a pattern here!!!
