SAGEM (France) website doesn't disclose much about the DFI:

sagem.com

I submitted a formal inquiry.

So, who has called S&P or Roberta Salings?

The top products and technologies were determined from SAE Magazine reader responses and not from a panel of experts. Besides, the readers may not have been introduced to Orbital's 4S technology because Orbital does not have a conventional 4S engine product to serve the automotive market. They are dependent on an OEM to produce the system. Another issue is who is getting press coverage and who is not. Honda vs. Orbital has a big name recognition and a huge public relations budget that can out spend Orbital in anything they do. Honda can also spend the time and money to educate the writers of articles and hold and guide their hands. Honda can choose to employ HPDFI to meet their own specific organizational requirements for unique market requirements. Orbital does not have these same pleasures. So, until Orbital can get a major sponsor for 4S OCP, OCP technology will not get the needed recognition in the automotive market. This isn't a negative for us, it only requires us to determine for ourselves that the technology is sound, extremely effective, has significant commercial value, and its just a matter of time. Only when this is recognized by the investment community is when we will see significant price appreciation of our stock. The litmus test for OCP will be the marine industry and the motorcycle community as to how well OCP will be accepted by users that vote their dollars. So far, the litmus test for Mercury Marine is showing a bright and rich green.
