Oracle needs to change with the times. The stuff they got away with 10 years ago with respect to their people is just not acceptable now. Yes, I had at least two managers who's joined our company and a whole slew of engineers whose resumes have passed through my eyes in the past year. And I have heard that there is a LOT of company hopping between Oracle, Sybase, and Informix. (The other two companies I would also advise not going to at the current time.) Cheers, Joanna
