You really should call NHLT. After all they are the one with PowerX. They would be the ones that could tell you who has what. Remember to read the wording on many of these agreements. Exclusive rights to market is a "certain area" does not mean Exclusive rights to market everywhere. I believe ESVS was limited to the internet but not sure of that. Also go over on prwt website and re read their announcement. I believe prwt's letter of intent in the only one that actually mentions a money amount.
