Thanks for the response- I had an order in for 800 shares, and I believe that order was placed at 12:05. I am not arguing the point that the stock never hit that low on the ask again though, I am saying that if DLJ gave me the correct information about not being filled, I then would have had an opportunity to get the shares I wanted at 6 1/2, 6-3/4 something around there. Instead I was told I was filled so I didnt worry about buying any more- I would have already had my 800 shares. It wasnt untill the stock was in the high 8's that I was told my order never filled.
