Next year will be another strong PC-sale year as those forecasts said so. Since the sales to corporation users currently have reached the top of the sale cycle, I believe that most of PC sales will go to individual users. CompUSA is indeed one of the best places for individual users. Don't we see the strong sales of iMAC? Yes, everyone saw that already.

Doug,

I bought a Gateway computer for a Christmas present for my two children at a Gateway store in Memphis Tn.. I live in Arkansas and at the time I bought the computer Gateway did not have a store in Arkansas and they charged me not only the state tax, but also the county and local tax for my purchase. I questioned them about the tax, especially since it was being ship from their factory and they told me that they have to charge everyone now, no matter what state one lives in! The amazing thing was when they put my address in the computer it calculated my tax to the cent! I'm afraid everyone is going to be taxed in the very near future, if in fact they should already be charging the taxes!
