"Get out early when it finally ends" Famous last words? If most people have this theory, does the theory work? I have used the analogy of Russian Roulette before. Going home long is like Russian Roulette - spin the carriage and hope for no bad news. What would the reaction be if the Wall Street Journal did a cover story the likes of the Meeker letter. Would you get out. What would make you flinch? Review your strategy before someone yells FIRE. The Greater Fool Theory is fun until that painful moment that you realize that it is you.
