I find the fact that it is from the Chairman of the Housing committee of Belize a very good sign for PRWT. Also not a bad confirmation that the houses are being built not sitting on a dock somewhere like some seem to keep saying.

I would classify the letter from the Government of Belize as strong backing of the PanAmerican Bancorp / Affordable Housing Group Ltd. presence in Belize.

I just can't see how anything said in this letter relates to profitable opportunities for PRWT. It certainly sounds promising for more Force 10 construction, but this says nothing about PRWT, Affordable Housing per se, nor does it address the egregious misrepresentations of Government Guarantees foisted as fact by those press releases this summer.

You have a country of 227K people. They have a gross national product (GNP) of around $&#189 billion dollars. They have per capita income of around $2500/year. A good price for household help is $10/day. There are 70,000 Americans of Belizean descent, and some how you think that these Affordable Housing representatives here in the US are going to talk nearly 5% of them into living in this prefab housing in one isolated enclave in the middle of the undeveloped countryside 13 miles from Belize City.

And to top it off you are rhapsodizing about opening an IT office in this landscape of low income opportunity.

You have really started to hit the New Year Schnapps early.
