Thanks for the correction. I don't know why I was thinking 3/2. Anyway, I always heard that the main reason for a split is to get the price in a range that is more 'liquid'. If YHOO splits for this reason, then a 2/1 this time won't do it. A 3/1 gets us to $90 -- still not really 'liquid'. Only a 4/1 makes sense to me -- $70 / shr.

(btw, there are exceptions -- Hathaway has never split)
