I love Epcitetus and Aurelius. Reading Epictetus was like discovering someone had stolen into my brain and put my thoughts down on paper- after neatly ordering them and writing them down better than I could have myself. I feel the same about much of what Bertrand Russel has to say. They just make SENSE, and I am a great lover of sense.
