I varies by state - anywhere from one to five years. It would be a windfall to the state, since I doubt there is any way to track down or advertise the "owner" of the card. Most states publish a list of unclaimed funds each year, but these are anonymous cards, so that would be a tad difficult.

Can anyone offer any explainations as to todays actions in the stock? It got killed right from the beginning of the day. I just bought the January options about a week ago. Todays action was pretty hard on the options and I'm wondering if anyone who's more experienced with this stock can give some insight. IT's had a tremendous run for quite a while.... is it taking a rest or is it severely overextended now? Has anyone heard any reports out about the retail business that could have impacted the stock today? LOW's was down 1/2 but started up today nicely with their internet announcement. I appreciate any and all assessments. Thanking everyone in advance....
