I spoke with Carl last night and can confirm they are not selling shares. Furthermore, VTPI at present is the only videoconferencing company that meets the governmental established vidoconferencing standards. The Visual EZ II operating system is amazing and should be the class of the industry. IMHO - I would expect to see some interesting orders with the coming of the new year.
