MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1998--Total World Tele-Communications Inc. (OTC:TWTI -
news), has reorganized with the appointment of a new management team which is committed to
regaining the company's financial solvency.

Additionally, new management will pursue an aggressive acquisition program, while taking
advantage of a tax loss carry forward available to the company.

Under the direction of strong leadership, Total World Tele-Communications is committed to
building a proficient management team that will have both the experience and empowerment to

I tried calling Tom Biggs and he was not in the office. His secretary said that he would return my call tomorrow...we'll see what he has to say.

Dwight, since TWTI was a holding company...would that allow them to use the tax-loss carry forward if they acquire other companies. They had their messy fingers in several areas before. I wonder if that might be a loop hole for them to jump through.

One thing I was told a few months ago was that the old Lents dogs are completely out and some large common shareholders are running things now. Alvarez and Bowen I think were two of the names. That's why the common stock was not erased as they stepped in on behalf of the common shareholder. I don't know if it's going to be the same crooked game but I've got nothing to lose...and all to gain if they can get this stock anywhere above zero. So I'll sit and wait.
