Wally, once again you have made several excellent points. Still one thought comes to mind here.

With out current economic environment, competent sales people are 100% employed. I am not sure if gauranteeing someone a high commission if they sell is going to get the best people on your side.

I also have no idea what FNTN is offering there sales people for compensation. A quick read between the lines would strongly suggest that they have had and continue to have difficulty with the sales force so it would appear to me that this particular area for FNTN needs to be rethought.

Hi Wally,
I don't know why we are getting into the nitty gritty details of managing the company's business for MM and MS.. They must know how and what to compensate their sales team in terms of commissions and where this money is coming from.. Basically, it could be a percentage of contract value or a flat fee per head, payment could be when FNTN get their money from the contract.. IMO this should not bother us as long as there are sales being generated..

On another subject, has anyone signed up at FNTN site ? what does the Broker/Dealer offer and what does it look like ?

Best regards
TMK
