Lev said it all in the last cc: No comment. This means just what he said - Valence will not comment on their dealings with OEM's until contracts are signed, and this includes sampling out of NI. So all the arguments about what the S-3 says are meaningless as far as samples from NI goes. We will not hear about samples, period. No comment, that's what he said. The reason for this is anybody's guess, but it's probably safe to assume its aim is to avoid actions by the parasites out there. - T -
