Ticker, you're right Valence is not going to comment until the contract is signed. Meanwhile we are stuck with maggots like Noway/Larry who characterize delays as "drastic" measures while trying to disguise their malicious intentions and at the same time lacing inane comments with misleading innuendo.

Longs are on the right track. Ignore the "when in doubt, scream and shout" club.

But Ticker, we have heard about samples. The S-3 clearly stated that no samples have been provided to any customer and won't be until the line has completed safety testing.

Obviously some choose to believe the statement refers to the 2nd line, 3rd line, or 4th line, but it is not as if they haven't said anything about samples.

Again, if your scenario is correct, why the big secret? ULBI had no problem saying they are providing production samples to OEMs.
