Actually I have read your posts before, I was speaking (online) with Cat Graham and was reading some of the exchanges on a few other threads. Bill Ulrich told me about the vino thread. Time, mostly, keeps me off developing a taste for particular wines. I generally just hit stores and load up on boxes of various types and when they run out, I get more. But having a nose for one or the other is not as much of an interest for me as it once was.
