TO TLW: Risking being tagged with the label that's placed on people who talk to themselves I ask myself the following questions ( the scarry part is that I can also answer some of them): Let's look at them in the light of the Original introduction of the ALYA thread about 10 months ago: Started By: Alan Markoff Date: Feb 25 1998 9:51AM ET STOCK RESEARCH: Ticker: ALYA Exchange: OTC-BB Company Name: ALYA Contact person: Dale Paruk 52 - High: 1.62 52- Low: .21 Currently: .40 - .50 Description of Bus: Software company that has developed a security and building management system (see Notes below) Shares Issued: 10,900,000 Insider: Insiders hold 7,000,000 of the 10,900,000 Free Trading Float:1,450,000 (insiders have 1,000,000 of this) Transfer Agent: Transfer Standard Registry Phone#: (505) 828-2839 Contact: Mary Fernandez Under Transfer Agent(TA): Change the name to American Securities Phone# 303-298-5370 (Denver CO.) Contact: Jane in Research Add: Legal Counsel: Dill, Dill, Parr, Stonebreaker & ? (Denver, CO) How many shares are now in the free market? Under shares issued: Change the figure to 14,360,694 [does not include restricted shares issues (TA refused to divulge that number] an increase of 32% if the original number was correct. How much did ALYA receive for almost 3.5 million additional shares now in the market place? We don't know. When do we get Year End report for FY Sept. 30, 1998? Current status of Sales and Earnings report: " Hope to have figures soon.", was what someone who spoke to Dale told me. What do you use to operate the business since we have seen no reported sales and income for 1998? "Company working on raising new capital" What are the current business prospects? Company expects sizeable sale and installation in Thailand in excess of $1 million soon. ALYA is trying to get approval to issue PR release of news of 3 installations agreed to by Motorola. (remember the "Letter of Intent) Why is the stock so weak in face of all this "good" news? The new potential investors are trying to stabilize the market. Another year gone and almost buried. Time to trot out the new look for 1999? Only time will tell. Hang on Sloopy hang on!
