Unfortunately, Cliff, Jon Tara is only interested in creating mischief.

You see, Tara, whatever his motivation, would prefer Zulu in tatterdemalion clothing, than a nice tuxedo.

Clifton,

The work you and others have done is appreciated by most people I'm sure, but you know how skeptical I am about what is going on here. The stocks price obviously reflects the fact that I'm not the only one that feels that way.

Why would anyone, knowing that there are skeptics out here, think that we would believe an email with a hotmail address? That could be from anyone other then PH. I really feel insulted right now.

Come on guys you really need to help us skeptics out by being a little more open and above board if this is a legitimate communication from Hayton. Let's see some email addresses that can be linked to the company.

There's a couple of things in his reply that tells me the questions will never be answered.

full names and addresses of Tara,Bragg,Conrad, etc, and their detailed position as shareholders/investors including amounts, price paid, number of shares and proof of holdings.

1) Nobody in their right mind would give out their physical address and telephone number to someone they don't know.

2) I don't think it matters if a person owns one share or one million shares, they deserve answers. The above statement gives the impression that he places one ahead of the other.

3) Price paid? What does it matter? What does the price a person paid have to with whether s/he is given answers?

4) Proof of holdings. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but mine is in street name. I don't have any certificates.

5) The fax that was sent stated that the information would be shared with those on these boards (i.e. the public). Now why does he need names of just a few individuals.

These demands are ridiculous. All of the questions asked should (and would have been if Z/E was listed on one of the exchanges) have been answered a long time ago. By not answering the questions and by using mundane excuses such as his requirements to avoid answering the questions, just adds to the ongoing punishment that has been and continues to be heaped on minority shareholders.

You can take my name off the list of questions. Any and all questions I ever had about this stock were answered by his reply. My original intention was to get his reaction to the questions being submitted. I wanted to see how he would handle it.

I saw.

Good luck to you all.
