James, VARL crossed a few days ago. Oscillator supplier in wireless communications market. Brief synopsis of fundamentals for it to go higher (TA says why technically & RSI shooting up)

VARL synopsis:

- worldwide leader in VCOs (voltage controlled oscillators)
- VCOs used in wireless communication equip
- wireless mkt growing
- customers include NOKA, ERICY, etc. and is sole supplier to LU in
Europe

- has & is profitable
- low p/e - too low for growth rate VARL achieving
- float not too small, not too large; a lot of shares tightly held
- a value play w little downside (book value about $6+)

- building 3rd plant to meet order backlog

- top it off - VARL won patents in China and will work with Chinese
gov't

- for a co this size to win contracts from NOKA, LU, and work with a
gov't, you're buying the mgmt and technical intelligence on par in their
field with the big guys

stock can go much higher from here. especially as it is discovered.
Hold it until at least near to the end of January/when TA dictates and re-evaluate at that point.

Oscillator demand confirmed by expert at an ECM who knows, among other things, the power market.

Russell 2000...

Good Observation Sergio...

We are looking at a breakout of an Ascending Triangle formation... Very bullish for the small caps... I moved a chunk of mutual money into small cap value funds...
