If the above were to happen then AOL could be valued with a cap in the 300 range that MSFT has, so AOL caps is now around 70 or so, AOL should should rise 4 times what it is today. Leap of faith and silly, but something to think about. Will ATHM be able to do the same to the desk top by developing an OS to compete with MSFT? My ans. would be not the ATHM I see today. AOL has the mindshare to make it happen.

Lets not forget the talent AOL gets from NSCP, more valuable then the technology in my mind. This talent plus there location out west gives AOL a new edge in it's quest for AOL everywhere. AOL has one very large road block to the above vision, bandwidth, ATHM has this in spades, bandwidth is the only reason I invest in ATHM.
