B*, I agree with MB's thoughts on this, however whenever an issue has been labeled an internet stock you can forget the valuation thing. I shorted schwab based on a wave count, vertical pole and the thought that it had only recently had become an "internet" stock and plenty of non-nutz investors in this issue would love to lock in profits at this level. I also thought we had topped out market wise, not so sure now. When the market starts correcting schwab will be a good as gold short, just like MER was. bb
