BB: Could you give an example of how DCA has worked with "Russell 2000 stuff"? Are you speaking of dividends here? Would that mean, primarily, small utes and s&ls? Regards, M2

Bonnie Bear: In this week's Barron's, the venerable John Neff recommends two REITs: Camden Property Trust (CPT) and Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN).

Camden has apartment buildings in Texas, the Southeast, and a bit in the midwest. CPT yields 7.6%, has 6%-8% annual earnings growth, and price-to-'99FFO is 7.7.

Brandywine has office buildings in the mid-Atlantic states. BDN's yield is 8.7%, and they raise it twice a year.
