Jim, The shipping concern has been aired by an analyst who likes ONSL but questions the shipping charges. I happen to share his view. I do a lot of shipping, and $ 10 shipping for a small telephone via UPS is not a UPS rate. Do you notice that it is essentially the same whether shipped 100 miles or 2000 miles? You can easily verify that by going to UPS online. I have bought 4 items in 10 days from ONSL. I am satisfied with the service especially they notify you with the tracking number of the shipment. I will continue to visit ONSL. My point is that shipping should not be a profit center for ONSL. The business is selling goods, and not making money from shipping or wrapping, or labeling the box or billing, or credit card processing. Leave the shipping to UPS/FedEx for them to make money. When you are too greedy, it can backfire.
