Jean,
Thank you for raising the level of awareness on this thread about the potential pitfalls with PSFT. I must say, however, that in the DC Metro area for one the only problem with PSFT is a severe shortage of qualified consultants to implement the numerous large, backlogged orders. Maybe you are right that PSFT is better at marketing than technology, but to me it looks like there will be an opportunity to make money with PSFT in 1999. I wouldn't try to catch a falling knife, but I will be in quickly once it pops. I'm sorry that I missed ORCL at 17 3/4 (got in in the mid-20s) when the same sort of doom and gloom was being spread about ORCL's "diminishing prospects." The only sure thing in stocks is that there is no sure thing, and that trends change directions. Good luck to you and all PSFT investors. And Jean, enjoy the holidays and maybe gear down one or two notches in terms of your apparent anger on this thread.
Regards,
Craig A. Anderson
