PAL,
I do not remember which brokerage house did the IPO on ONSL, and their silence does not concern me as much as the silence of ONSL management, and their apparent reluctance to come out with news which would give ONSL an upward boost... In my opinion, it is ONSL management, not the underwriter, that should be informing investors why they should put their money in this stock..

Onsale was IPO'd in April 1997 2,875,000 shares @ $6 by Montgomery Securities. Followed by a Private Offering in October 1997 1,700,000 Company shares @ $28.25 by NationsBanc and Montgomery Securities.
