Lessons in American Business! Not only did you invent a way to get the Big Frog, but you earned enough from the enterprise to be able to Avoid Unnecessary Imperial Entanglements.

I see why you now work for Busab in Dosadi, whereas I am stuck on this stupid spacecraft with my cousin.

BTW, I noticed something for the very first time yesterday. This Real Old Guy rode in front of me, across an intersection on his bike. Then he parked it at the tavern on the corner. Next to 4 other bikes. At 1:00 p.m.

These dudes are maybe the real threat to drivers, eh? Old dude on a bike, toasted on High Proof, meandering along on their bikes. And no helmet.

The frog story reminds me of opening day of trout season in upstate New York, when a legion of suburbanites would charge the streams, flailing at the water, the air, and each other with fully barbed hooks. Somebody always ended up getting one in the earlobe, the lip, or some other delicate part. The would-be fly fishermen were the worst, as flycasting is not by nature an activity well suited to crowded places. Fortunately they would all go home after the first 2 days, leaving the local kids to catch the fish.
