I have on several occasions had to return items to Onsale.

Each time they have paid shipping both ways. They sent me an RMA # and
a valid UPS # to ship the return and credited my AmEx promptly.

I have made no fewer than 25 purchases from Onsale and it is that experience which causes me to own the stock. My worst experience was
two faulty DIMMs, which were promptly credited. I also had a complex
problem which led to 2 sets of Carver speakers (180lbs) being shipped to me and charged to me. The problem was partly my own fault(long story), but I received a phone call from from Byron Bailey (Customer Service Manager) explaining the situation and the solution, which involved Onsale eating a pile of shipping charges.

I know people have complained of bad experiences, but I can only go by my own. I am customer # 238XXX, just to give you an idea how long I have done business with them.

No complaints here.

Duff

I've had several shopping experiences with OnSale and the main reason I keep going back to them is that they provide top rate service. I have had to return three items which they accepted without question and paid for the shipping by providing their UPS shipping account numbers. Each time I was credited the full value within three days.

Good Luck and GO OnSale.

Scott.
