When I spoke to Betty yesterday she said that Lev had never made any official statements as to whether samples had been shipped to OEMs. "He's playing it real close to the vest." May I offer the conjecture that samples have gone out, and at least one of the OEMs has requested UL approval as one of the terms of a contract, or at least some headway toward that? It would seem to me that the big OEMs would want to have that UL lable on anything they ship.

On the begative side, it's been what? Three weeks since the visit? Did anyone really show up? Why have we not heard one word from anyone who went, even a rumor of a research report about to be published?

I just spoke with FRB and had a few clarifications made. As previously posted the safety testing mentioned in the latest S-3 refers only to UL certification. And UL certification is "NOT" a requirement of OEM's in regards to batteries used in their electronic devices.

FRB also said that the S-3 was a routine filing and a lot of "cut and pasting" is used in preparing those documents and that Lev was disappointed in the selection and interpretation of wording used in the document, he hadn't seen it before its release. Remember just a short time ago SEC documents were not so easily accessible before the internet.

So, all the people that sold into the panic need to ask if they were "SUCKERED" by the naysayers. Nothing has changed, the S-3 was nothing but routine and the naysayers were able divert attention of the "BIG EVENT" which was the relaxation and extension of the financing terms! I thinh the stock would be at $10 now instead of $6 if the S-3 wasn't subject to misinterpretation.

Zeev, Larry, visnic inc. have suckered a lot of us.

The positive indications are there. BEWARE of the internet sharpies!

Yes, it's holding very steady now. Good support. Tax-loss selling is probably not a factor anymore (now watch, huge selling tomorrow. Naa, bite my tongue!)
If ex-insiders are now done selling, it's a big relief because I really doubt it will dip much below the present price anymore. Barring another unpleasantly worded document from the company, of course.

I'm really looking forward to january, but not because I have to go back to work!
