Frank, nothing like a little money, intimidation and cooperation to make my day. I like the scenario you painted and I have a hard time trying to find flaws in it from both a strategic move on both parties as well as interference from the SEC.

Happy New Year....let our investments flourish no matter what drives them.

stock_talk: you seem to have some insight. Perhaps this is obvious, yet, I have not seen much discussion of it here, won't AMD have to do a similar deal with S3 on the patents? After all, if AMD is going to keep up with Intel, they will have to overcome the same technical hurdles of moving data in and out of the CPU.

Can we expect to see some relationship with AMD/S3? Would it make any sense for AMD to try to acquire S3?

Just curious and would like your opinion.

Thanks, Keith Walker
