This is the second negative report by brokerages in the last month. After the last one the stock backed up a couple of points and came up to new yearly highs over 50. When people read this one and realize that Qwest's being criticized for expanding to fast, maybe we'll reach 60 to 75.

It amazes me that analysts who you would think could recognize what Qwest is building would be impressed not only with what they've put together, but the companies like Microsoft that they've aligned with. I'd expect them to realize bandwidth is what's being talked about, and we have that market at a very low price. For the most part you could say that as we lay fiber optic cable(which equates to bandwidth), the cost of our cable is free as the we're collecting enough on the second conduit we're laying for others to use to pay for ours which is laid simultaneously.

Have a Happy New Years,

Gary
