I'm sure that Worsley's sale of SKYM will be investigated by the SEC. When I first read the press release with the intentionally deceptive "600%" value, I sensed someone in the company was planning to sell some shares. Worsely's broker was selling his shares while he was on CNBC talking up the stock. I never guessed that he'd leverage this ploy to gain control of the company. Now he no longer has to answer to the common shareholder. At the end of each year he can take home 100% of the profits as his Christmas bonus, and there's nothing the little guys can do to protest.
