Bernard and Steve,

What Zeev described is exactly that I was talking about as far as shorting the stock. Although, doing so isn't exactly that easy. Going short, as Zeev mentioned, has no down side. But, no down side does not mean that it necessarily has an upside. Of course, if the stock goes down the shorter makes money. If it goes up, the shorter loses nothing but he/she doesn't make any money either. But, it is a big question as to how it could down. Contrary to popular conspiracy theories floating all over SI, making a stock go down does cost money. Any kind if a manipulation costs money ( I do believe it's possible ).

By the way, c'mon, the covertibles are not floorless. Investor relations confirmed. Their is much more to the stories of CVUS, etc. and it's not so simple as to say PCMS is in same situation. IMHO I feel that Bernard's and Steve's positions are unfounded and not well understood. I hate seeing people misled down a misunderstood path, so, I'm speaking up. -N
