Brooke, This is somewhat confusing. What is really necessary is to load the new QP2 file from the CD, THEN you must insert the CD that was sent to each of us last spring. This is where the data long term history is. I spoke to Teresa today and she confirmed this is the way to add all the old history. Somehow, they (the old and the new) meld together and become one. I'm gonna do all this tomorrow. You can look for my posts to be begging for help, I'm sure. Ken
