David: First I want to wish you a Happy and Healthy new year.
My (unasked for) opinion is that if you all decide to take legal action, to not discuss things in a public forum.
You should, IMO, have your discussions via PM's, or emails.
Why let your adversaries know what you are planning etc etc?
However since I am not a shareholder,
I realize my voice shouldn't count as much (or maybe not at all) as people who own shares.

Good luck, everyone.

That's a very serious statement / accusation.

Do you realize what you've said?

It's the perfect trail. The evil shorts won and the noble cause was lost. I really don't think Riley is source of the evil here. If he was then why did he leave such a vapor trail? There is no problem finding him. I really think he was duped. The source of the really bad guys here is the RMIL management (and possibly a guy named Mosohva). If Riley is the source of the crime here then it certainly won't take a major effort by any law enforcement agency to find him.
