I think it's just a TSE thing. I did a little research but couldn't find what I was looking for. Im sure a good broker could answer that one. I do all my trades using a discount broker and don't have a broker I can call. Out of all the mergers and takeovers I can not recall one that was not approved by the TSE. I know this is not much help, oh well. I can't understand all the shareholders selling their shares in MII as these prices. So far today it is down 1 cent on volume of 11500 shares. Hope the Q4 results are good. Good luck to all Mario
