Their buy-sell-hold rating is purely technical. Based on 13-week moving average. I don't think they're "fair value" or "relative value" ratings are used in the buy-sell-hold. Their fair value criteria utilizes earnings+earnings growth, cash flow, book value. It probably won't work for internets since many have none of the three, just revenue growth. An interesting search strategy in Wall Street City was among the best performing strategies of the past year: low price-to-book-value. They forgot to screen out companies with negative book values. Many of the roaring internet stocks have negative book values. So, they turned up at the top of the search list.
