This is a funny stock for me. One day I really love the stock and then others, I wonder what is going on. I know this baby will fly again, but the short term does not look good. I am waiting to average down again when we are in the 30's. I think (JMHO) that this stock is a no-brainer in the mid to upper 30's.

Why not sell some puts on this issue?

Currently the Jan. 40 puts can generate 5 1/4 premium. I sold a bunch of Jan. 40 puts at 6 5/8 two weeks ago. Even more luckily, sold 10 contracts of Dec. 45 puts the day option expired for a premium of 3 1/2. The great story is that it took off the following Monday and sold in the 60s.

Technically ONSL can go both ways and it will probably follow the lead of most of the internet issues. It's likely that the internet sector is going to experience a mini-correction next week and if so, ONSL probably will dip to mid-30s. But I can be very wrong.

Anyway, if it dips to mid-30s, I think that it will be a good idea to sell some Jan. 30 and 40 puts for a very nice profit. If the sector goes down sharply, move the strike price down $5.

good luck,
larry!
