read the threads... they normally are pretty informative. little hype. MB is big in that area.

Richard Harmon is good to follow, but you can't follow him superficially. He doesn't spell things out for laymen like MB does. This thread is a good starting point: #Subject-14492 Biotech threads on SI tend to have a lot less daytraders, and as a result have a lot less posts to follow.
