Berney .. that would be the decline in the perceived value of the dollar as a means of wealth storage as a result of having another medium of storage. In other words .. picture half of the dollars that have been stuffed in mattresses 'round the world being converted to euros .. As a side note today, CNBC filled me in that euro currency will not be in general circulation for the next three years .. soooo that'll slow down the vortex effect. Vortex effect .. kinda like a black hole .. pulls everything in slowly but surely. Gersh
