Jules,

I was wondering if that was you buying the last couple of days.

I agree with your post 100%. I also believe that the management is focused, have done exactly what they said they were going to do (with the exception of meeting earnings expectations), and I also believe they are stronger than they have ever been.

Jules..

You are a true gentleman and investor. I know what it's like to
believe in a stock when the price is going down, and buy more. But
I don't think I have done it to the extent you have.

I wouldn't cry over the SKYM choice (it dropped to 20 today). I have no stomach for flash in the pan internet stocks. It took me
until about a month ago to get into AOL after having many chances in
the past and listening not to my gut, but to more conservative and
experienced people who said it's too expensive.

Until recently, I was 100% invested in the market. I have to sell
something to buy something else or more of a stock that I
already own.

At the time I sold my final shares in PTEC, I had a stronger belief
in another stock. I wanted to buy more of it. I suspect that my
belief in that stock is as strong as your belief in PTEC. If I had
cash up the wazoo, I wouldn't have sold it.

I'm still about 98% invested with a little cash on the side ready
to go in again when I get the urge.

I would love to see PTEC north of $30. If I don't get back in,
I have already come to terms with my decision, and will be happy
for all of you. Patience can pay off :)

And you know I will certainly let you know if I do get back in!

Happy New Year to all, here's to a prosperous 1999!
